The AC4455 10G Ethernet Media Converter provides a flexible high-performance solution for a fast and easy transition from Gigabit Ethernet over fiber to Gigabit Ethernet over copper (RJ45) and vice versa. The unmanaged media converter has an open SFP+ slot for accommodating one singlemode or multimode uncoded SFP+ transceiver. Additionally, the Ethernet media converter features Link Fault Passthrough (LFP) for detecting link failures. Different work modes can be set by the on-board dip switches.
